Content Specialist
- Content Ideation – Build short and long-term content strategies for clients and ideate social media campaigns.
- Content Development – Campaigns, captions, marketing collateral, etc.
- SEO – Optimising and overlooking clients’ SEO and Google AdWords efforts
- Coordinating with – Graphic Designer, Accounts Manager, and Social Media Manager.
- Supporting – The Consultancy’s market research efforts
- Supporting – The Consultancy’s day-to-day activities
- At least 1.5 years of content writing experience.
- Creative and strategic thinking to be able to ideate and develop campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing – SEO, paid ads, etc.
- Degree or some Experience (internships counted) in Marketing/Advertising.
- Excellent at communication and fluent in English.
- Eager to learn and expand skillset.
- Proactive and take initiatives.
- Looking to stay with the company for at least a year.
- Experience working with multiple and varied clients.
- Exposure to international markets.
- Gain an understanding of Strategic Marketing.
- Learn how to conduct market research.
- Hands-on consultancy/agency experience.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing the CEO’s time, calendar, priorities, and commitments.
- Anticipate needs and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, presentations, travel, and external engagements.
- Maintain awareness of the CEO’s priorities and align company goals with external board and leadership commitments.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, representing the CEO with professionalism and discretion.
- Draft high-quality correspondence, communications, and briefing materials on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, distribute pre-reads, and document outcomes to support effective team interactions.
- Track team action items and partner with colleagues to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely completion.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and synthesise information to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to organise, prioritise and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an executive assistant or business administrator.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Confident and able to work diligently alongside a detail-oriented CEO.
- Trustworthy and responsible to support the CEO.
- Able to interpret and respond to ad hoc requirements.
- Fluent and confident in written and spoken English.
- Located in India.
